Online exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at boutique.ellapar@gmail.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange request. If approved, a store credit code will be issued for use on a future online purchase. Store credits are valid for 90 days from the date issued.
