Online & Instore Purchases Are ONLY Allowed Exchange or Store Credit up to 14 days. Please see below for details.
We will only accept returns 14 days after original date of purchase. Your item(s) must be in the same condition as when it was sold. No smells or stains and original tags attached. We require a receipt or proof of purchase as well.
You may only exchange or receive store credit for the item. Store Credit for exchanges is good for 90 Days.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Clearance Items
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after date of purchase.
Exchanges ONLINE ONLY--Must be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org about return within 7 days of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you by email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, you will receive a store credit code that can redeemed online to complete your next purchase. The store credit will only be good for 90 days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
In Store Pickup Online Option:
Same Policy as Above. 14 Day Policy. No Refund. You may exchange or receive store Credit.
Exchanges Only Apply to Out of Stock Items
We only offer a refund if the item that you are returning is out of stock. Each item is inspected fully before being sent to every customer. We are not responsible for damage to the product due to careless opening of package. Please contact us at email@example.com if you need to do an exchange because of size change.

Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility. We suggest using a carrier that provides you with tracking information. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit back to us.
